What We Offer

At Array Primary Care, we provide evaluation and in-office procedures for certain skin lesions, including lesions that may require removal or biopsy.

If you have a new, changing, irritated, bleeding, or concerning skin lesion, our providers can evaluate the area and determine the appropriate next step.

Services Include:

Skin Lesion Evaluation

We examine suspicious or changing skin lesions and discuss appropriate treatment or diagnostic options.

Skin Biopsy & Removal

When clinically appropriate, certain lesions may be removed or biopsied in our office for further evaluation.

Cryotherapy may be used, which is liquid nitrogen, to freeze and destroy selected skin lesions. It is commonly used to treat warts, actinic keratoses, and certain benign or precancerous growths.

Follow-Up Care

We provide wound-care instructions and follow-up after procedures and can coordinate additional specialty care when needed.

When to Have a Skin Lesion Checked

Contact our office if you notice a lesion that is:

  • New or changing in appearance

  • Changing in size, shape, or color

  • Bleeding or repeatedly scabbing

  • Not healing

  • Painful, itchy, or persistently irritated

  • Concerning to you for any reason

Early Evaluation Matters

Not every unusual-looking skin lesion is cancer, but changes in the skin deserve appropriate evaluation. Array Primary Care can help determine whether a lesion should be monitored, biopsied, removed, or referred to a specialist.
